I am well aware that the ccc has disconnected with it's responsibility to keep water ways clear (just like Auckland) Please be aware that there are multiple trades people up this lane who carry out on call duties to major infrastructure and installations eg CIAL. DELTA. So to be unable to leave our property due to lack of due diligence by your service providers... who is held accountable? Not your organization that is guaranteed!!! Sort it
