The reporter’s words

Hello Council Person Could consideration be given to reducing the dense build up of heavy leaf fall that is in this garden area which contains the Orion electrical substation. The abundance of leaves are spilling onto the footpath which makes for a slip hazard to pedestrians when wet and also blocking the road gutter. There is also rubbish dumped in amongst the heavy leaf buildup. I'd be very grateful if you could look into this issue??
