The reporter’s words

I watched a woman walking her dogs fall in Hagley park tonight. On closer examination she had stepped into what appeared to be a Toby hole that had either no lid or a very broken lid on it, that was hidden underneath the leaves. This is an obvious health and safety risk and needs to be corrected quickly. She had great difficulty walking and may have sprained or broken her foot or ankle.
