The reporter’s words

The graffiti on the building was reported at least a couple of weeks ago (by me). Not sure why it hasn't been removed - perhaps the owners have given up. The graffiti on the grey block wall is new, possibly related to the dumper of the clothes. Similar graffiti on fence/wall off Cashel Street entrance which I report ages ago but don't believe this has been removed either. Thanks
