The reporter’s words
There previously was a concrete bench on this path making it inaccessible to vehicles. This has been taken away. I live at 212 Cashel Street (the apartment block in the photo) and have noticed a number of cars going up this path the last week, mistaking it for a road. Also should electric scooters be using this path? It is very dangerous when you walk out of your apartment onto the path, scooters tend to ride close to the apartment entrances, and could knock someone over one day.
