Flooding
Reported Tuesday, 25 June 2024 at 2:24 pm, 10A Main North Road, Papanui, Christchurch 8053, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
Although the downpipe x2 comes from the building this footpath is always flooded .when it’s actually raining people have no were to walk at all as it floods the whole footpath up to 8cm deep .Ive seen old people have to walk on the road into oncoming traffic .surely the council can do something considering it’s a public footpath or you can make the owner of the buildings finally rectify this issue due to h&s .its been dragging in for years
