The reporter’s words

We’ve had council contractors out the front on this reserve out our house at 38 Courtenay st for about six weeks. About two weeks ago they dumped the mulch like in the pictures and have not returned to distribute and finish the job. The mulch is covering the new shrubs they’ve just planted and it looks a mess. When is someone coming to complete this job?
