Broken footpath, it has been like this since our Feb earthquake. It is worse than it looks in the photos. It is dangerous with my mobility scooter. I just watched a man come over this footpath and his mobitily scooter front left wheel was off the ground, as he tried to go over it. I am frightened my mobility scooter will tip over one of these days
