The reporter’s words

Mud from berm has encroached on footpath, from residents parking their cars on the grass. This is very slippery when it’s wet. Right next to a signalled crossing on busy road. My husband slipped over and hurt himself while walking the dog this morning. I don’t want anyone else to get hurt.
