Reported Thursday, 25 July 2024 at 2:57 pm, 52 Halliwell Avenue, Canterbury 8053, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
Trees cut down on the Papanui esplanade walk way and vegetation damaged. Why? I thought home owners were not permitted to damage or remove trees on reserves.
