The reporter’s words
Each day the toilet is cleaned OR if it rains, a puddle develops outside the men’s toilet. The picture I have enclosed is a poor example but demonstrates the issue. A small application of shingle would largely solve the problem. Clearly there is no spare shingle on the existing paths (hence the need to wear him boots when it rains) but there is a pile of free shingle on the waste land adjacent to the toilets. Could someone borrow a shovel and wheelbarrow and rectify this small point.
