The reporter’s words

The chap in these images regularly parks blocking access to the park, today he made life difficult for regular elderly park users to enter. There was soccer in progress and the excuse was that he was dropping an item to a player. Neither Nomads or Cashmere teams knew the man. On stopping he took his dog from the rear of the car and preceded to start walking in the park. Apparently it is allowable to park anywhere there is not yellow lines over culverts, or as he says.
