The reporter’s words

The High St diagonal crossing Madras St cycle detector no longer triggers when you stop on the high street side (blue circle photo 1) Why wasn't a leading cycle detector put in during the High St work? I suggest it be placed in the blue box I marked on photo 2.??Also I suggest if there was a bike crossing Tuam street (refer to red circle photo 2) triggering the next cycle for the High st/madras St/St Asaph St crossing as most people crossing Tuam St tend typically then cross madras St/St Asaph.
