Kia ora, I'm writing to request a spray free zone on the grass outside our property. I have been planting native rengarenga around the Plain tree on the verge and maintaining them, also removing a large number of cabbage tree seedlings that would not be able to thrive there, around the tree long-term. I noticed the base of the tree had been sprayed as there was a circle of yellow grass but a few days later the rengarenga started to turn yellow in many places too. This was very disheartening.
