The council has been investigating the source of this water for about 7 years. Can you please just put a drain in to stop this happening. It is constant. There are natural springs up this hill but now it is not only an eyesore but also slippery and dangerous. The council were here again a couple of weeks ago in the dark (6pm) digging and making the mud and water even worse but they just left the mess and have done nothing about it. Please help. It needs a drain.
