The reporter’s words

This construction site is playing extremely loud music and radio over what looks like a construction workplace speaker. It woke us up and I’ve yelled out and asked them to turn it down and they are just ignoring me/maybe cannot hear. Our area has a lot of townhouses that this will be effecting.
