The reporter’s words

This beach shower and water fountain area could do with some attention. After a couple of days without rain it was looking like this. It would appear that a buildup of sand around the concrete pad, and subsequent vegetation growth, means the water no longer drains off the concrete pad, and instead pools on it. I think it could do with a bit of maintenance now to avoid it getting worse, and even harder to use/access.
