This toby box was emptied by someone from Water Care. It rained and because the neighbour's sump is not connected his runoff leaks under footpath and fills up the toby box. I'm guessing no one is going to do anything about this and just let the tapware and meter degrade until it fails (it has already been replaced once). Can you confirm this is your plan of action (just so I know and can stop asking for it to be fixed. Thanks
