Saturday 17th August 3pm, myself and my partner were driving over the train tracks on Sawyers Arms Road near Papanui Domain. An elderly gentleman had the wheel of his electric wheelchair wedged between the tracks. He had been there a while and could not free himself. He said he had slipped off the uneven downhill part of the path onto the tracks
