The reporter’s words

There are 3 disability car parks at the Avonhead Park car park. As you can see by the photos, they are well in need of a paint. Every Saturday afternoon when soccer is on, people park in them without a card. With the fine increasing on 1/10, how about a spruce up. At least my 3rd attempt over the years with this request & no action by CCC!?
