The reporter’s words

This truck is parked every night on Olliviers Rd. There has been no rear red light displayed during darkness hours. Although the rear is brightly illuminated with reflective markings at the rear, when the driver parks it on the wrong side of the road (which has happened) there is nothing to indicate to oncoming traffic that a heavy vehicle is looming on their side of the road. Olliviers Rd is narrow at spaces with a lot of on street parking, particularly at night making it even more dangerous
