The reporter’s words
This is a leak under a metal lid, right beside a ‘live wires’ box. It’s located behind the bins of 34/2 New Zealand Police Association housing. I’m not sure where the supply comes from or goes to. It looks to run alongside the creek that flows there. It’s a substantial leak.
