The reporter’s words
The trees outside our home drop thorny seeds onto the ground. They dull the motor mower blade, clog gutters and drains, blow onto lawns and are painful if you walk on one half buried in the lawn. They are like marbles on the road. I bike to work and nearly came off my bike as it slid over a couple of these seeds last week. They are ugly, painful and a pain to clean up.
