The reporter’s words

Garden bed in Dunedin Reserve next to Redwood Playcentre is overgrown and very messy. Elderberry is also growing from this bed and into the Playcentre area and its leaves are toxic which is dangerous for the children. A delivery of mulch to suppress the elderberry growth before spring/summer would be beneficial. It will make it look tidier too.
