Reported Friday, 13 September 2024 at 1:40 pm, Kenners Lane Pedestrian Walkway, Lyttelton Christchurch 8083, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
This has been an ongoing issue for months. The concrete has moss and soil covering it so it gets very slippery when wet. There are also holes in the middle where I try to push the pram. There are risen parts all the way up which make it really hard to push the pram and then at the top there is a step, which is nearly impossible to get a pushchair over! I have to walk around the block when it’s wet because it’s very unsafe to use this path when wet.
