Hello Council Person Could consideration be given to cutting back or removing the ivy that is Ingressing from the neighbours over the fence causing the wooden fence to lean forward into the reserve and almost collapse. The ivy is now becoming established in the reserve Gardens which is invasive and smothering of the lovely plants. ??
