Hello Council person, ?? for the feedback received today.(see image) I find VERY strange the comment that the park has been made safe. There is a large pile, plus new wind fall of cabbage tree fronds . The CHCH park staff continuously DO NOT PICK UP the fronds. There are cigarette butts in the reserve (see image) the fronds are highly combustible and Chch is currently in total FIRE BAN Could consideration be given to remove the fronds without delay to reduce the fire risk & remove the fronds ?
