Road Signage
Reported Saturday, 21 September 2024 at 3:40 pm, Ara Institute, Canterbury 8011, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
Hi, This section of cycleway is not very well signed as causes issues with cars mistakenly driving down here, especially late at night due to it not being clear it is cycleway not a driving lane. Can some flexible bollards please be installed at the crossing points for driveway entry/exit points for cars. This would improve safety for cyclists as cars would not longer regularly drive down here by mistake. There is a large gap in the bollards separating the road lane as shown by the red box.
