Trees - General
Reported Tuesday, 24 September 2024 at 8:57 am, 287 Waimairi Road, Ilam, Christchurch 8041, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
This is the second report I have lodged as nothing has been done about the first. This property needs urgent reminding that it is their duty to clear the dropped flower heads from the footpath. These flowers are extremely slippery when stepped on. I almost fell over myself when stepping on one. As there are masses of flower heads, they are almost impossible to avoid. Other neighbours rake theirs up to avoid the hazard. Please remind this household of their duty. Thanks.
