Absolutely blasting insane clown posse at full volume out the door of their house for the whole neighbourhood to have to listen to. There are kids on all sides listening to screaming of “what the fuuuuuuuuuck!” At full volume. This is an ongoing issue. It is disruptive. It is annoying. It is destroying any enjoyment I have in my own home. Noise control does nothing.
