Neighbour is apparently drunk. Obnoxiously loud music with thumping bass has been playing almost constantly since 6pm. It is now 1am. It has gotten louder and louder. I have called noise control twice now and gotten absolutely nowhere. It is ridiculous. It is so loud there’s about 5 dogs barking around the area. Some I can hear from the next street over.
