This bike stand on Winston Avenue has been damaged by vehicles turning out of the driveway. The location of the bike stand is unsuitable for use to park bikes, people are worried their bikes would be hit just like the stand has been. The existing stand should be decommissioned. Please could you investigate the implementation of Sheffield bike stands (or similar) say on the berm say a few metres closer to Papanui Road? Note the coffee shop close by, it’s good to have bike parking there.
