The reporter’s words
This sewage pump outside 81 Brooker Avenue is giving off an awful sewage smell that blows directly into the house. This has been happening for some time however I have just discovered this snap send solve. We cannot have our bedroom windows open because of the frequent odor. After speaking to a city council worker outside a week ago he believed it needed a carbon filter to stop the smell.
