Hello this snap is in relation to the corner of papanui road and harewood road where you turn right off papanui road to Harwood road there is a right hand turning signal that never goes green it just goes to a green light or a red arrow when a pedestrian is crossing then goes green and you have a lot of difficulty turning right in traffic as there is no gaps to make a turn safely then you have to turn on an orange or red light as your stuck in the middle of intersection Bally to discuss more
