Road Blockage

Hi team, Some champion has shunted the planter boxes on the Ferry Road cycleway so that they're now actually in and blocking this 2-way section of the cycleway. Could we get this fixed please? The other planter boxes have been askew for a while now too, so while the contractor is down here could they please straighten those out to square too? (I'm guessing it's a forklift situation?)
