The reporter’s words

There is gravel and small stones on the Papanui Parallel cycleway shared path section. This could be a hazard for people riding scooters or even just walking (note location is close to Ngaio Marsh Retirement Village. (Another issue, which I will log separately - at this section there appears to be rubbish dumped.)
