The reporter’s words

Clients have reported flooding of carpark into the doors of the commercial units 38-42 Leeds St. I have cleaned the sumps and tested extensively by running water into the carpark. Water is flowing to the CCC single sump in the road. This is acting as a bubble up sump and should be discharging down the CCC kerb and channel to the double sump at corner of Philips St. The levels do not work and there is significant flooding observed in the carpark and around the entrance way on CCC side. I believe that 38-42 Leeds st will in fact receiving water back into their property from the road during heavy rain. There are multiple owners and a body corporate involved. We need to come up with a viable plan to resolve flooding. There is potential for significant property damage from flooding. Can you please contact me to discuss further? I have take photos and video footage of the flooding. Graham Boyd Ph 0223592571
