The reporter’s words
This east-facing road Milton Street) at the Colombo St corner hadc traffic kudos l lights alerted after the EQ. I know this becoz it was my route of choice to see my elderly mother - and it had a green arrow for right turning traffic. Then it changed - but the green arrow has not been reinstated ...just the red arrow. It's virtually impossible to turn right without running a yellow or red. Surely it can be fixed.
