The reporter’s words
Farmer puts fence across the road to grade stock. It is illegal to block or fence a public road. I asked you to sort this last year and the fence was removed. It is back again and the road is blocked in two places. He does not even own the land beside these blocks. Tony Muir is the owner of the stock.
