Animal - Domestic
Reported Thursday, 17 October 2024 at 5:57 pm, 45 Quinns Road, Shirley, Christchurch 8013, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
Could I get clarification on how a dog is to be controlled within private property? This dog can stick its entire head and front legs out from under this gate into the public footpath. It could be argued that there is a safety case here to be considered as the dog could bite or scratch a pedestrian on the public footpath.
