Re Temporary Traffic “Management” Northbound cycle lane on Manchester St is closed (along with through lane), forcing cyclists to merge with vehicles to follow detour on Tuam St. NO advance warning of merging cyclists provided. Note that once on Tuam St, cyclists are directed back to Manchester St via High St, where the cycle detour route is BLOCKED by the works at Manchester/Lichfield, with no guidance past blockage provided for cyclists. TTM contractor Isaac.
