Hazard, vehicle
Reported Monday, 21 October 2024 at 7:16 pm, 2 Cressy Terrace, Lyttelton 8082, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
E-car illegally parked every night and all weekend obstructing traffic on a Stop Sign. Downhill traffic is forced into the right hand lane at the junction. This is dangerous because the uphill traffic has legal right of way, but has to stop and brake to avoid oncoming cars in the wrong lane. This is entitled, and dangerous behaviour that puts motorists, pedestrians and cyclists at risk. Please resolve.
