General Request
Reported Thursday, 24 October 2024 at 10:32 am, 174 Port Hills Road, Heathcote Valley, Christchurch 8022, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
My neighbour, Danielle Phillips, of 14 Butts Valley Road, is selling flowers from the front of her house, which we suspect are not ‘ethically sourced’. Someone has been removing her signs from the junction of Horotane Valley Rd and Port Hills Rd because of this. She has now moved a much larger sign that sits high on the bank (photo) and left a small threatening message (photo) where her original sign was. I feel there must be some restriction on signage on CCC land that can remove both of these.
