The reporter’s words

Traffic and Parking Bylaw 2017 1.13.1 states that businesses must not store their vehicles on the road. Specialised Panel and Paint always store these vehicles on the road, even when closed despite having ample off road parking. It’d be different if it was only while they’re open, but it’s not. Parking wardens don’t seem interested, only checking the 5 minute parking zone and then heading off.
