Overgrown Vegetation
Reported Tuesday, 29 October 2024 at 6:30 pm, Park Terrace Garden 10 Park Terrace, Christchurch Central City, Christchurch 8013, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
The roadside garden has some flowering shrubs that have managed to survive with no care nor support. The rest have given up and died. I doubt the hoses have ever been activated. Dry as dust. Also the area is full of weeds. Why plant and never take ongoing care? It's a pitiful sight and it's not the only CCC garden area affected in this way. It's sad and awful.
