Hazard, vehicle
Reported Monday, 4 November 2024 at 1:29 pm, 17 MacMillan Avenue, Cashmere, Christchurch 8022, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
The people at 176 Dyers pass rd are determined to be provocative with their bins. (See padt complaint). So last week they left bins on the car park for 2 days. I asked if they’d remove in a timely manner. This week they have put them out Monday morning AND in the most inconvenient place possible to occupy the carpark. They could MORE easily put them adjacent to the 178 bins on Dyers Pass. They have blocked our cars in numerous tomes (although I have only reported 1x). Definitely deliberate
