I have long been intrigued by this piece of garden on the edge of Ruskin Reserve. It has a couple of tussocks in it and the rest is weeds. Occasionally someone sprays the weeds and the garden becomes a couple of tussocks and some dead weeds. At the northern end of the garden there is just a bit of bark. It's been like this for years and consistently looks awful. It would look so much better if it could be tidied up and planted properly. I assume it's someone's responsibility to do so.
