The photos provided just look like greenery. But in fact they are weeds. Overgrown and seeding every where. This is shameful and is happening in Green spaces all over Christchurch. We are the garden city and I am disappointed in the priorities shown by this council. This is core stuff that everyone enjoys. Tough job I know but do the core things well including Hagley Park!
