The reporter’s words
These taxis are parked everywhere in all parks at Eastgate mall. Some days they are sitting there for hours. They park in disabled and parenting parks, along the yellow loading zone outside warehouse. I asked one to move from parent park and they told me no they can park wherever. The warehouse security is always out there talking to them. This is not a taxi stand and during the week it is full of taxis. Why are they not being ticketed?
