The reporter’s words
Re: Temporary Traffic Management Cycle lane southbound on Hills Rd at Innes Rd blocked by roadworks sign. Grass berm immediately next to sign, could have safely been put there and not endangered cyclists whilst still visible to all road user. Also just down from Mairehau High. CCC-T15844 Note TMP notice mentions 3 schools nearby and “Recommend the least impact to busses, school traffic & school pedestrians” but nothing about cyclists… VERY POOR!
